Borrowing || 10% of price per piece || 

Our Design Studio Say Collie is filled with our favorite art, lighting and furniture. We lend these special pieces for 10% of the retail price of each piece, elevating your home without having to fully invest in high end art and furniture.

Purchasing || Design Hours ~ $150 hr ||

There are so many incredible vintage warehouses in the Hudson Valley - we have a lot of less expensive furniture options, and we love a good treasure hunt. If you would like to purchase pieces you can then sell to the new buyers or keep for yourself, we will source needed furniture, art and decor items, coordinate delivery of these items, and do a final styling of the entire home. We bill hourly for this option and will provide an estimate of Design Hours based on the overall scope.
